Values

Our Church has values and beliefs which are central to our unique identity. We are an evangelical Church which affirms the importance of prayer and is open to the renewing work of the Holy Spirit. Our preaching and teaching is biblically based and relevant to the congregation’s daily life. We are committed to mission and seek to maintain a concern for people who are poor and disadvantaged. Why do people come to Hutt City Baptist? Largely, they say, it is because of the unique emphases that the church has.
