Whats Coming Up?
DivorceCare
DivorceCare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are separated or divorced. It’s a place where you can be around people who understand what you are feeling. It’s a place where you can hear valuable information about ways to heal from the hurt of divorce.
DivorceCare starts on Tuesday 2nd March, starting at 7:30pm and runs for 13 weeks here at Hutt City Baptist.

Church Bike Ride
Dust off your bike helmets and come along for a fantastic afternoon of fun and exercise (yes those two words do go together) biking the Rimutaka Incline on Saturday, 13th March. We’ll be meeting at 1pm at the Kaitoke entrance of the Incline, State Highway 2. A map with details will be available at the church office.
BYO afternoon tea to have at the summit.
1 hour easy cycling to the summit and for the more adventurous, we will bike to the Featherston side and back again. It’s a great downhill!
(if you would prefer to walk to the summit the time needed would be 2 hours each way)
Newcomers' Pizza Lunch
If you are new or newish to Hutt City Baptist then we would love you to come to a Pizza Lunch on Sunday, 28th March in the upstairs foyer.
This is an opportunity to meet some of the staff, leadership team and other new people and to learn more about Hutt City Baptist.
To ensure enough Pizzas are ordered, please rsvp to our Associate Pastor, Cathie either by email or phone her at the office and let her know also of any dietary needs.

A real ‘Kiwi Blokes’ breakfast will kick off the new look HCB men’s ministry for 2010 here on Saturday, 27th March, 7:30-9am, $5pp.

Young Adults Event
Quarter Life Crisis?
If you’re aged between 18-27 years then this is for you! Come along to an evening exploring issues facing young adults today and it’s implications for faith. Speaker and facilitator is Merrilyn Withers. Date: Tuesday 23rd March @ 7:30pm with supper provided. Venue to be confirmed – watch this space.
Nick Willis Speaking
Come along and hear Nick Willis be interviewed by our Youth Pastor, Hamish this Sunday evening (14th) starting at 6:30pm
Nick is a Commonwealth Gold and Olympic Silver medalist for the 1500 metre track race.
Nick will be sharing about his love of God, his sport and life in general.
