mainly music

mainly music is about young children and their parents or caregivers enjoying music, rhyme, rhythm, creative dance and more. Its is also  an opportunity for parents/caregivers to socialise and find support.

mainly music is run at the church every Tuesday during the school term.  We start at 10am with music and movement followed by morning tea and a play time for the children.

Young children develop skills – co-ordination, fine motor movements, large motor movements, social interaction, appreciation of music and musical styles, and language development. mainly music provides children with a structured learning environment and then a time of free play.
